On realization of the initial payment amount of 10%, buyers will be required to issue a post- dated cheque for the balance PDCs for the instalments in 15 days, against which a letter of allotment will be issued. Agreements will follow after the end of the allotment process.
Instalments are to be paid by post-dated cheques which is a precondition of allotment. The schedule of payment is time bound as it is mentioned in the payment schedule. In the case of a home loan, these PDCs are held as collateral and will be returned at the time of possession.
