Prestige Biggest Project in Bangalore

The Prestige's biggest project in Bangalore is Prestige Raintree Park, with a development size of 102 acres located in Varthur, East Bangalore. This project is one of the biggest housing projects of the city featuring more than 3,800 apartments and villas. The Township includes 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK high-rise apartments and 3, 4 BHK villas. 1. Prestige Raintree Park

Prestige Raintree Park is a mixed-use township project that covers 107 acres at Whitefield Main Road in East Bangalore. An area of 82 acres is devoted to housing. Commercial spaces are on 25 acres of the project. It is one of the biggest project in Bangalore launched in 2024. The Prestige Group project has spacious apartments and a tech park. Phase 1 includes 1368 apartments on 28 acres in 18 majestic towers of 19 floors. These units range in size from 2005 to 3700 square feet. They are laid out in 3, 3.5, 4, and 5-BHK configurations. The enclave has many amenities, such as a sprawling clubhouse, spa, gymnasium, and sports courts.

2. Prestige Park Grove

Prestige Park Grove is a luxurious residential apartment venture in Whitefield, Bangalore. It is developing on 72 acres and houses 19 grand towers comprising 3715 apartments. The apartments are offered in sizes 1 to 4 BHK in carpet area ranging between 412 sq. ft. and 3463 sq. ft. Its price range starts at Rs 80 Lakhs onwards. The project has received RERA approval, and its RERA ID is PR/100823/006141. Launched in Aug 2023, the site will be completed in Dec 2027.

3. The Prestige City

The Prestige City is a modern mixed residential project in Bangalore's Sarjapur Road area, covering 180 acres. It offers a mix of flats, villas, and plots within a gated community. The development includes 12 million sq ft, with 7,000 apartments in 1, 2, 3, & 4 BHK configurations. It launched on August 15, 2021.

The Prestige City consists of several clusters:

Prestige Meridian Park: Launched in February 2022, it has 3 BHK apartments with 2900 units on 18.2 acres. It hosts 18 towers, and the size range of the flats is 1387 - 1865 sq. ft. The price starts at Rs 1 Cr onwards. Possession starts in March 2025.

Prestige Eden Park: Offers 1 and 2 BHK units on 9.7 acres with 2271 units. The size range of the apartments is 634 sq. ft. to 974 sq. ft. The cost of the flats begins at Rs 43 Lakhs onwards. It will be completed in May 2025.

Prestige Avalon Park: It offers lavish 950 flats in 3 and 4 BHK configurations. The size range of the units is 1361 - 2290 sq. ft. and is offered at a starting price of Rs 90 Lakhs. The launch date was Nov 2021, and completion date is Feb 2025. All the projects are approved by RERA and will be delivered on scheduled time.

4. Prestige Lakeside Habitat

Prestige Lakeside Habitat is the 1st ever Bangalore's Disney-themed housing apartment society in Whitefield. The project covers a vast area of 102 acres and offers apartments, villas, and more than 50 amenities. The project boasts 3428 vibrant apartments in 1, 2, 3, & 4 BHK configurations. The super- built area of the units lies between 905 sq. ft. and 2882 sq. ft. Its prices are fairly set and begin at Rs 77.6 Lakhs onwards and go upto Rs 1.50 Cr. The township is ready to move in, and buyers can take immediate possession.

5. Prestige Southern Star

Prestige Southern Star is a modern-age apartment project located on Begur Road in South Bangalore. The township covers 42 acres and features 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK luxury apartments. There are 4,300 apartments ranging from 1040 sq. ft. to 2760 sq. ft. The prices of the spacious apartments start at Rs 70 Lakhs. The project launches in October 2024 and will be ready by December 2028. It has applied for the Karnataka RERA approval, and after the approval, its construction will begin.
