According to the Stock Breakup report, the firm has Ongoing Luxury Projects over 42 acres with a GDV of 53,582 Million. Mid-income projects in construction are over 185 acres. It has a value of 68,812 Million.

It has 37 ongoing units over 1492 acres in various cities. Here the bookings are done with great demand. The has also planned for 30 new launches over 1721 acres by this 2024 FY.

Prestige Few Drops and Prestige Glenbrook are some of them. As per Prestige Group Residential Portfolio 2024 update, Mumbai has 6 ongoing projects with a total built-up area of 149 acres. Prestige Jasdan Classic, Bellanza PH I & PH II, Prestige Daffodils, and Prestige Ocean Tower are a few of them.

Hyderabad has 5 projects, which are set over a total area of 215 acres. It includes Prestige Beverly Hills, Prestige Clairemont, Prestige Vaishnaoi Rainbow Waters, and The Prestige City. It will be ready by 2028.
