In the Retail Segment, Prestige has completed 13 projects. It covers 229 acres of development area. The properties include Malls, Multiplexes, High Streets, Luxury retail, and Art Centers. The Forum Mall, Forum Value, Forum Vijaya Mall, and Celebration Mall are a few well-known properties by the builder.
According to the Prestige Group Retail Segment 2024 Update today, it has gained an Exit Rental of ₹2,179 Million. It also has an Annuity Income of ₹ 5,842 Million in FY 28. The projected annuity income has risen from FY 2025 to FY 2028.
Currently, Prestige Group is working on one retail project in Bangalore, Forum 13o North. This ongoing retail project is set over 25 acres of land, and it is to be ready by 2027. As per Prestige Group Retail Segment 2024 Update Bangalore, the firm has plans to launch 6 retail projects. The new launches are made across India, including Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kochi. These projects will span 137 acres in total.

As per the Prestige Estates News today reports on retail capital expenditure, the firm has a very stable balance to spend across the ongoing and upcoming projects. The firm has a total of ₹16,395 Million as a balance to spend, of which ₹2,613 Million is for ongoing retail and ₹13,781 Million for new-launch retail projects.
