Prestige is one of the leading real estate builders in India. It has the highest-ever annual collections of Rs 11,954 Cr of revenue. It has completed 300 projects and delivered 573.92 acres of area in this financial year. It has also launched a total of 214.64 acres of real estate projects in this Q4.

Prestige Group scale of operations in India 2024 2025 report, exhibits its strategic growth. Also, it assists in keeping up with the market demands and increasing the profit margins. With proper scaling, it is evident to visualize its growth to its full potential.

According to the report, the firm has completed 300 projects on 4361 acres. It has 53 ongoing projects spread over 2112 acres. It also has 48 upcoming projects that are planned across 2089 acres of area.

According to the Prestige Annual Report 2004, the 300 projects completed by the builder include 150 Residential Projects that cover upto 2915 acres. It also has 125 Commercial spaces that span around 1147 acres and 13 Retail Projects that spread across 229 acres. It also includes 12 projects on Hospitality that are over 91 acres.

The 53 Ongoing Projects of the firm include 37 Residential projects that span around 1492 acres. The 12 Commercial spaces cover upto 528 acres, 3 Hospitality spaces are over 68 acres, and a single Retail Project that runs across 23 acres.

The upcoming 48 projects of Prestige Group are planned as 30 Residential projects that cover upto 1721 acres. The 7 projects in the Commercial segment can spread upto 183 acres, and 6 Retail spaces to launch over 137 acres. It also includes 5 projects in the Hospitality sector that span over 45 acres of land.

According to the Prestige Estates Q4 results 2024, the firm has the Highest-ever annual Sales of ₹21,040 Cr, which is up by 63%. It has also signed a deal with ADIA Kotak AIF, which is worth ₹2,001 Cr. In Hyderabad, the Prestige City Project has achieved sales of ₹3,797 Cr in 4 months.

The Prestige Estates Investor presentation exhibits that it has also received 75% of sales from many new-launch projects with a net worth of ₹ 15,716 Cr this year. Prestige has recently acquired 62.5 acres of land at Indirapuram Extn NCR. It is planning to develop a project that spans 229 acres and can include a sales potential of around ₹10,000 Cr.
