Prestige Group sees Rs 1300 crore worth of booking in its Marine Lines project

Prestige Ocean Towers is one of the most grand projects at Marine Lines in South Mumbai by the Prestige Group. It is a pride edifice offering ultra luxury 4, 5, and 6 bhk living spaces with glinting sea views. The township is set over 2.3 acres of land that has a prime location and a great transit network. The township includes 169 houses in 2 towers with 55 floors.

The builder has received bookings worth ₹1300 Crore for this eminent project at Marine Lines in Mumbai. It offers views of both the Arabian Sea and the Queen’s Necklace. According to CMD of Prestige Group Irfan Razack, it is one of the most iconic projects in the nation. It encourages the builders to launch the remaining inventory at the township.

The total carpet area of the township is 4.62 lac sq. ft., and its revenue potential as per the estimation is ₹4,100 Crore. The builders have pre-launched 75 of these houses, with a potential value of ₹1700 Crore. The firm has confirmed that 70% of the project has already been sold.

Tariq Ahmed, CEO of West Prestige Group, informed the press that this project in Marine Lines typifies grandeur, peace, and unique living space in a city of dreams. It is an architecture mural by Norman Foster Architecture, Hafeez Contractor, and HBA London. It is created to satisfy the tastes of investors and buyers who look for the best in their life.

After 2 years of establishing itself in the Mumbai real estate market, the builder has sold projects worth upto ₹6,000 Cr in areas like Mulund, Marine Lines, Mahalaxmi, and Bandra. In order to expand its territory by building housing and retail projects, Prestige Group intends to acquire more land in the next quarters in prime spots like BKC and Mahalaxmi.

Prestige Raintree Park is one such eminent new launch of the builder in Whitefield, Bangalore It is a futuristic mixed-use township that includes spacious living units, a Tech Park, and a retail mall.

The township is set over 100 acres of land, of which 82 acres are for housing and the remaining 25 acres for retail. It offers living spaces in various layouts like 3, 3.5, and 4 bhk. It aims for more than 4600 living units in over 18 towers with 21 floors.
